Blackjack.com is the ultimate blackjack URL. But is it the
ultimate blackjack site? In a word, no.
Blackjack.com offers six varieties of blackjack. No slots. No craps. No
roulette. Just blackjack. You can choose Las Vegas Downtown or Strip rules,
Reno rules, Atlantic City rules, or play their house game. There's even
"Double Exposure". In this variation the dealer shows both cards
face up. The player loses tie hands, but wins blackjack ties. BJ is paid at
even odds.
Blackjack.com runs Shockwave games so no download is required. The games
looked good but I didn't like how, at the end of each round, all the
dealer's cards were dealt simultaneously in a clump. It's not realistic, and
robs the game of suspense. But I guess they want to get each round over as
quickly as possible to squeeze in more hands per hour.
I hit an immediate losing skid -- I hate it when that happens! -- and
lost my meager $50 deposit in short order. The $10 bonus I was promised on
sign up didn't automatically appear in my account, so I sent an email to
Customer Support. A week has gone by and I haven't heard boo. Definitely not
the kind of customer service I expect at an online casino.
By the way, Blackjack.com is not accepting MasterCard deposits except via
Neteller. Visa, check and bank wire are okay.
My rating for Blackjack.com: A pair.
